Sarah is a chartered planner and has 10 years’ experience of working in the planning and environmental sector, working both in the UK and overseas across all stages of the development process. From initial constraints mapping, pre-feasibility, feasibility studies, screening and scoping to supporting environmental studies and managing Environmental Impact Assessments, to discharging planning conditions to help secure project buildout. Her diverse experience has developed a sound understanding of the engineering and commercial practicalities such that she can provide trusted advice to best navigate the consenting process, balancing risk, commercial, planning and environmental constraints.

Sarah has significant experience in the Renewable Energy sector, Project Managing developments from concept to completion across multiple renewable technologies (including Solar, Hydro and Wind) from a few kilowatts to Section 36 projects including Wind Farms in the region of 100MW.  She also has experience in a broad range of other development sectors including Property and Ports and Harbours and has recently project managed the EIA application for a 665 house mixed use property development.

She is also well practiced at undertaking technical due diligence to support for multi-million pound transactions to identify potential project risk and assist potential buyers to understand project planning and environmental constraints.
