Project Management

Our project management team operates to audited quality procedures and has a robust resource planning system that ensures optimum service to every project.

Our highly skilled project managers coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that assessments and design inputs meet a controlled programme. They work closely with our clients - as well as our teams - to ensure a professional approach to securing consent for deliverable, economic projects.

Our success is based on working, in partnership with our clients, to apply our expertise in environmental, planning, technical, economic and socio-political issues to project development and the EIA process.

Our project management structure, typically works like this:

-

  • A technical director is responsible for quality control and strategic guidance on major projects or portfolios.
  • A dedicated project manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and for coordinating inputs from internal specialist advisors and third party subcontractors.
  • We understand that public relations can be key to success, so our team are familiar with the issues and personalities involved and can either carry out PR in house, or work with your team to delvier the relevant communications strategies.

This comprehensive, staged process gives our clients:

  • Complete confidence that all members of the project team (including any subcontractors) fully understand client requirements
  • Continual updates on project progress via a single point of contact
  • Assurance of adherence to strict quality standards
  • Community buy-in

Add to this the fact that we apply robust, tried and tested systems for managing and controlling work streams, and it's easy to see why so many clients trust us to efficiently deliver optimum solutions.  We are ISO 9001:2008 accredited.
